These Payment & Billing terms apply to every purchase made at lumiwee.com.

1. Accepted payment methods

  • Major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

The payment options available to you are shown at checkout and may vary by device.

2. When you’re charged

Your payment method is charged when your order is placed and confirmed. By placing an order, you authorize Lumiwee to charge the full order amount, including any applicable taxes. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we’ll let you know and refund that item to your original payment method.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping within the United States is free. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. If a pricing error is found, we’ll contact you before your order is processed.

4. Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

5. No subscriptions

Every purchase is a one-time payment. We don’t offer subscriptions or recurring charges.

6. Questions about a charge

If a charge on your statement looks wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve most billing questions within 1–2 business days, which is much faster than a bank chargeback. See our Return & Refund Policy for how we handle disputes.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to show them.

8. Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars. If your card uses another currency, your bank may add a conversion or foreign transaction fee, which Lumiwee doesn’t control.
