Lumiwee offers free shipping on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
How Long Delivery Takes
- Order cutoff: 11:59 PM EST. Orders placed after the cutoff are processed the next business day.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Transit time: depends on the item and your location. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks. Some items can take up to 30–60 days, especially during peak seasons or busy periods.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can change because of carrier delays, order volume and peak seasons. By placing an order you acknowledge that delivery may take up to 30–60 days. If you need something by a certain date, like a baby shower or a due date, please order early.
Carriers
Orders are delivered by trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS and FedEx.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. There's no minimum order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
If Your Order Is Delayed
Tracking can go quiet for long stretches while a package is in transit, so a pause in updates doesn't mean it's lost. If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of ordering, email hello@lumiwee.com and we'll help: we can investigate with the carrier, resend your order or issue a refund. Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We can almost always sort out delivery issues directly.
