Questions
Good to know
How big are the pieces?
Wall panels are 2.17 in (5.5 cm) square and roof triangles are 2.95 in (7.5 cm) wide. They're chunky panels, not micro bricks.
What's in each set?
Every set has wall panels, window frames and roof triangles, plus bonus window inserts. The 104-piece set builds the biggest houses.
Do they fit other brick sets?
They join each other edge to edge. We don't list them as fitting other brands' bricks.
What age is it for?
The maker lists ages 3 to 12. The window inserts are small, so keep them away from under-3s.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, and some items can take up to 30–60 days depending on the item, your location and busy seasons. Shopping for a shower or a due date? Please order early.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can pause for a while in transit, so a gap in updates doesn't mean your package is lost.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Defective, damaged or wrong items are free to return. For change-of-mind returns, a $10 return shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee are deducted from your refund.
Is there anything I can't return?
For your baby's health and safety, we can't accept items that go in the mouth or against the skin once they've been opened, used or washed. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned as normal.
