Shipping: Free on every US order. Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days and most arrive within 2–4 weeks; some items can take up to 30–60 days depending on the item, your location and busy seasons. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Returns: Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Defective, damaged or wrong items are free to return. For change-of-mind returns, a $10 return shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee are deducted from the refund. For hygiene reasons, opened items that go in the mouth or against the skin can't be returned.

Is there anything I can't return?
For your baby's health and safety, we can't accept items that go in the mouth or against the skin once they've been opened, used or washed. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned as normal.
