Returns: Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Defective, damaged or wrong items are free to return. For change-of-mind returns, a $10 return shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee are deducted from the refund. For hygiene reasons, opened items that go in the mouth or against the skin can't be returned.

Will they really stay on?
The strap wraps all the way around the ankle and the cuff rises to mid-calf, so there's more holding them on than a slip-on bootie.
Can baby walk in them?
They're made for pre-walkers, indoors and in the stroller. Once baby is walking, switch to shoes with a grippy sole.
Can they get wet?
They're fabric and not waterproof, so keep them for dry days and indoors.

Is there anything I can't return?
For your baby's health and safety, we can't accept items that go in the mouth or against the skin once they've been opened, used or washed. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned as normal.
