For hygiene reasons, opened items that go in the mouth or against the skin can't be returned.

Is there anything I can't return?
For your baby's health and safety, we can't accept items that go in the mouth or against the skin once they've been opened, used or washed. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned as normal.
