Questions
Good to know
Does it have a built-in battery?
No battery is listed. It runs from a 5V/2A USB source, such as a power bank, car USB port or wall adapter.
Will my bottle fit?
It fits bottles about 3.1 in (8 cm) across, up to about 6 oz (180 ml). Wide-neck or 8–9 oz bottles may not fit.
What temperatures does it reach?
The maker's chart shows settings from 38°C (100°F) up to 55°C (131°F). Anything above 40°C (104°F) is too hot for breast milk, so use the lowest setting and always test.
Can it keep milk warm for hours?
No. Warm one feed at a time and use warmed milk within 1–2 hours, as the CDC advises. Unplug when you're done.
How do I clean it?
Unplug it, then wipe the outside with a damp cloth. Keep the display and cable dry.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, and some items can take up to 30–60 days depending on the item, your location and busy seasons. Shopping for a shower or a due date? Please order early.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can pause for a while in transit, so a gap in updates doesn't mean your package is lost.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Defective, damaged or wrong items are free to return. For change-of-mind returns, a $10 return shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee are deducted from your refund.
Is there anything I can't return?
For your baby's health and safety, we can't accept items that go in the mouth or against the skin once they've been opened, used or washed. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned as normal.
How can I reach Lumiwee?
