Questions
Good to know
Will it fit my baby?
It's sized 0–3 months. Bigger newborns may fit for a shorter time, so plan photos for the first weeks.
What's in the set?
A puppy hat with floppy ears and a diaper cover with a little tail.
Is acrylic itchy?
It's an acrylic knit. If your baby's skin is sensitive, try it on for a minute before the shoot.
Can I include our dog in the photos?
Yes, with an adult holding baby or right beside them the whole time. Never leave baby and a pet alone together.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, and some items can take up to 30–60 days depending on the item, your location and busy seasons. Shopping for a shower or a due date? Please order early.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can pause for a while in transit, so a gap in updates doesn't mean your package is lost.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Defective, damaged or wrong items are free to return. For change-of-mind returns, a $10 return shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee are deducted from your refund.
Is there anything I can't return?
For your baby's health and safety, we can't accept items that go in the mouth or against the skin once they've been opened, used or washed. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned as normal.
How can I reach Lumiwee?
Email hello@lumiwee.com and a real person will reply within 1–2 business days.
