Go by height: 6–9 months fits 23.6–28.7 in (60–73 cm), 12 months up to 31.5 in (80 cm), 2T up to 35.4 in (90 cm), 3T up to 39.4 in (100 cm). Between sizes, go up.
Can my child wear it in the car seat?
No. Puffy suits squash under the straps and leave them loose. Buckle in regular clothes, then lay the suit or a blanket over the straps.
Is it water-resistant?
That isn't confirmed, so treat it as a warm layer for dry snow and cold walks, not slushy puddle play.
Are hands and feet covered?
No, the cuffs are open, so add mittens and boots for snow play.
