Returns: Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Defective, damaged or wrong items are free to return. For change-of-mind returns, a $10 return shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee are deducted from the refund. For hygiene reasons, opened items that go in the mouth or against the skin can't be returned.

Which size do I need?
Measure your stroller folded and pick the size with a little room on every side. Sizes are hand-measured and can vary by about 1 in (2–3 cm).
Is it padded?
No, it's a single layer of Oxford cloth. It keeps dirt and dust off but won't prevent bumps from baggage handling.
Will it fit a car seat?
The 33.5 x 16.9 x 16.9 in (85 x 43 x 43 cm) size is shown holding a car seat. Check your seat's measurements first.
Will rain get in?
The Oxford cloth is water-resistant. The drawstring top isn't sealed, so keep it out of heavy rain.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks, and some items can take up to 30–60 days depending on the item, your location and busy seasons. Shopping for a shower or a due date? Please order early.

What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Defective, damaged or wrong items are free to return. For change-of-mind returns, a $10 return shipping fee and a $10 restocking fee are deducted from your refund.
Is there anything I can't return?
For your baby's health and safety, we can't accept items that go in the mouth or against the skin once they've been opened, used or washed. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned as normal.
